PTSA Back to School Packet

Welcome parents! (Staff members, click here.) We need everyone to fill out this Online First Day Packet. Among many things, this gives you access to all areas of our website, allows you to receive important communications, and ensures your correct information in the PTSA Directory. Questions? IMPORTANT: Under the Privacy Preferences section, there is a checkbox to allow you to opt out of permission to use your child's photo in local publications such as the Howler newsletter and Sammamish/Issaquah newspapers. If your employer matches your charitable contributions, please enter the name of the company. This is so we can confirm your contribution when your company contacts us. The Howler is the monthly newsletter published by the PTSA and distributed electronically. It contains important announcements about upcoming events and activities.

Often we take photos of the kids at PTSA events and school activities. This box gives permission for us to use photos of your child in the Howler newsletter, in local newspapers, the yearbook, our PTSA website, and similar publications.
